Actually, we wouldn't have this problem if it were mandatory that all stadiums have retractable roofs. I dont understand why allnew stadiums dont have them and why others arent being upgraded. I mean, especially in places like Denver, and Baltimore, and all the other places that have been snowed out before. We wouldnt even have any more rain delays!
