Jason aint goin nowhere. What is it with people? The fans and players weren't happy with coach Allen, now they aren't happy with Jason??? What's the deal? I don't think its the coaches. As far as the comment about our line being big and not pass blockers, that's the dumbest thing I have ever heard. In 2002, Breathitt County's offensive line was HUGE, prolly averaged 6'3" 270. Guess what, they were a PASSING team because they had big hogs up front to protect their QB. Paintsville's line is big, which is even more of a reason for them to be able to protect the QB and open up holes when they run the ball. YOu say all they wanna do is run the ball, isn't Nehemiah leading the state in rushin, I think so. I've seen many practices, if you think these boys arent motivated and excited to play then you're wrong. Yes they may not be as mean as some players on other teams, but you cant teach/coach that, that's up to the player himself. Ryan Brown (PHS class of 2003) was the meanist player I EVER played with or against cause he refused to let the man across from him outplay him, you can't teach that. As far as this game being close, I think Paintsville lost 3-4 fumbles. Betsy Lane had 14 total yards at halftime, FOURTEEN TOTAL YARDS, and scored 14 points. Turnovers are part of the game, and I don't think that was Coach Kinner out there runnin the ball, he's not the one who fumbled so why blame him.

Im not blaming him for that he is a good coach but he just can't relate to the boys. I hope we keep him but i think he is gone after this year because he expects every player to be as good as he was he is to harsh on them. ask a player about the scolding they got after the P-Burg game. Verbally reprimanding players is normal but he is taking it to a different level. just ask one of them about it i promise u will be surprised. and for your calling me stupid about the line if you notice the vast majority of what goes wrong is in the passing game. Matt is good but he is still a freshman. we need to run it more and line up in formations that give our line a shot to block the opponents because right now all teams have to do is blitz with 5 guys and they get a sack or force a pick. last night was the first one of our games i haven't watched and the same things keep killing us and the boys are less and less motivated every time.And btw im friends with most of the people on the team I know this from first hand accounts this isn't a bunch of crap he may know football but he needs to be willing to learn how to handle these guys.
