Some coaches are very good at building programs and helping them to compete against teams they normally wouldn't have. Others however can step in and take those teams to the next level. Brooks has done an excellent job making UK competitive. When Mumme was here they really weren't very good even though they had some very talented players. I believe that UK needs to change the head man and maybe pass over Phillips and bring Leach back to the Bluegrass.
