UK continues to remain active in the California JC ranks.
According to Kentucky Sports Radio.com, the latest is Joshua Gibbs, a 5-foot-11 inch 200 pound safety from the College of the Canyons in Valencia, California.
Gibbs made all conference last year and could possibly develop into a linebacker.
UK recruited three players from the JC ranks in California last year. Two, wide out Chris Matthews, who caught at TD pass against Miami and Defensive End DeQuin Evans are two of the brightest newcomers on this years squad.
