Bell County lost a lot of key players like Zachery & Greer. Those guys are very tough to replace. Breathitt County does return 3/4 of their team as well, if not more. But preseason rankings are useless IMO until the season starts and the players begin to do all the talking. Only true point in a preseason ranking is to start conversation and get people amped about the upcoming season.

It was the top Mountain teams, not top prospect players.
