Of course you are entitled to your opinion but schools have to operate in accordance with policies, procedures, rules, and regulations. It is agreed that if a person can find a better job or better one's self, they should. However, if a person knowingly and willingly leaves their position with the full understanding that their departure could disqualify them from any extra curricular position the next year in that school, who is ultimately responsible for that action?
