who do you see doing that now. kobe and i dont like him but repsect his game alot after see what type of leader he is. now when lebron gets shaq he will be shown that part also.

As this stage, just like you b-bo, I don't like Kobe, but I think he is there now. Actually, he may have proved it this year. But for me, Lebron is knocking on the door. He needs players that are willing to PLAY for him, and not WATCH him. MJ had the same issues early on. MJ was smart enough to kick them in the tail and force them to step up their games. If you go back to the championship days of the Bulls, MJ would put up his 35, but in most cases he put 20-25 up in the 2nd half. He was the playmaker during the 1st half of games, forcing his guys to work and not watch. That made them better players, which ultimately complimented Jordan's game in the long run. They were obviously confident in him, but most important, he was confident in them.

You began to hear that from Kobe this year. He has never been confident in his teammates, then all of a sudden, you started hearing Kobe say "We", and mean it! Lebron does not have that cast yet.
