I've heard this same joke but a different version of it. Instead of a man having a 10 inch bic the man had a 10 inch tall man playing a small piano. The joke continued with the ducks instead of bucks. Then the first man says, "Yeah, my genie is a little hard of hearing. Do you think I'd ask for a 10 inch pianist?"
