What was wrong with him at Powell County? I worked under Coldiron for a few years when he was at Powell and I can say personally that he is a heck of a coach. The man knows his stuff and is very good and getting the most out of each of his players. He builds great relationships with his players and as long as they do what he ask of them, then they will improve and become a great team. I would hire him if I was an administrator.
