It would be best if Spurlock moved on at this time. He hasn't got the job done at Clay Co and has alienated most of the people from the program. He was kind of like Gillispie, a little bit over his head at that program.
When the players won't play for you, the fans won't come to the games, and the former greats don't have confidence in you, it's time for a change.
I think a change was about to be made anyway, one way or the other and Spurlock getting the job at PC is the best for both parties involved.:please:

I think that Spurlock did a good job in Clay but happened to be there at a time when SL and Corbin were very good. It has been alot harder on Clay since SL was moved into the region. It is also hard to coach at a school were everybody tries to compare you to Bobby Keith who is one of the greatest high school coaches to ever coach the game.
