Charlie Weis-Notre Dame
Poor record and no significant signs of improvement, adding to this is Gruden's father was the RB coach for the Irish in the 70s.
Lovie Smith-Chicago Bears
An old defense that is getting older, emergence of offensive weapons such as Cutler, Olsen, and Hester. The west coast could be explosive in the Windy City.
Randy Shannon-Miami
Top 10 talent on a team that has struggled to reach the top 25. With Shannon putting added pressure by garaunteeing a title by 2010, this may be his last season at the 'U'. Plus Gruden loves living in Florida.
John Fox-Carolina Panthers
This team has some great weapons, but an anemic offense always seams to stop them in their tracks every year. With Gruden running the offense Steve Smith and the dynamic duo of RBs could run wild in the NFC South.
