You are wrong about facilities, and wrong by a long ways. Kansas was made into the best Basketball operation in the country just before Williams left. The practice facility is state of the art. One of the nicest weight training and conditioning centers (including those for Football) in the country.

I would take Cal over Self, but it's not accurate to say UK's facilities are better.
