48th District: 4 Teams?

How feasible is it to get the 48th back to four teams? I hate having three team districts, especially for my own team's. Just don't like it.

Is it at all possible that Somerset Christian would jump to KHSAA?
Bring Russell County back home to the 12th where they belong?
Casey/Somerset/PC to the 48th and Lincoln to the 47th?

Give me your thoughts...I am just not a fan of this 3 team district.
