I started out in the medical field as a future pediatrician. However, after a year and a half of medical, I decided that the time taken from my life wasnt worth it. I changed to education, and I graduate in May with a Bachelor's in P-5 Education. I'm sure it will be hard around here to get a job, but I enjoy it. That's really all that matters. I would stick with what you truly love and will be happy with, because hopefully this is your career for your whole life that you're talking about. It's not worth being miserable for years upon years.
