Put your best athletes on the floor and tell them to play hard. Really it is that simple. All of these plans are good, but to get the suprise on SV just line up and play them hard. Teams with depth will have an advantage as they would have more fouls to give. The only weakness i see is that SV is not physical, play them physical and hard,. This is easier said than done!
