As for the two players that sucks. Have you taken this situation to anyone higher than the coach?

As for the way he's doing this it really isn't that strange. Teams do this to some point all the time. Local University's for example will recruit the heck out of local players but try their best to get them to Walk-on for at least one year with the possibility of getting a scholarship in the later years. This way they can get good local talent for free and still be able to use the scholarship to get additional talented players that don't live close enough and could only come to play with the scholarship. College sports is anything but fair. They do what they can to get as many good players as possible.
