Agreed, but in all honesty the transition to a new sytem for kids that have played in another program for 3-4 years has to have some "flexibility". Implement what you can and work with what they already have been introduced to. Kids have to know their "role" or they often times get disappointed and quit.
Coach Justice and his staff has done a good job. Consolidation is always a tough issue, especially when you have a lot of upperclassman that have been used to being the top dog at their respective school.
