Let's see what Coach justice has done. In 4 years he has won 80 games, a District title, a region semi-finals, will contend for a district title this year, and didn't recruit. Take Cox and Davis away from KCC, Whitaker, Warren, and Back from Hazard, and the transfers from PCC away and see what they would have done. Let's see what Justice inherited when he came to LCC. A Fleming -Neon team that was 0-23, a Whitesburg team that was 8-18, and a Letcher team that was 19-11. That is a combined 27-52. Go back 2 years and they were a combined 52-106. he took LETCHER COUNTY KIDS and in four years has never had a losing season. I'm one who believes he has done a fantastic job building a program and am proud to be a "Cougar Supporter". This season the team is 17-6 and don't be surprised if they don't pull an upset or two before the tournament is over. regular season is just the preliminary test for tournament time. Time will tell- but don't get on here and blast a coach that has give his heart and soul to his team in trying to make them contenders.
