Coaches use a basic psychology in creating competition among their players. They do this to get certain players sparked up and this causes them to reach down deeper insure andvwork much harder especially when they think they are being challenged by another player on their team. It is not unusual for a ciachbto take the actions of one player especially if that player shows some amount if improvement then the coach can say well so and so has really perfomed well in practice so we are going to give him more playingbtime.
Landon could have been used to put pressure on other players to make them reach inside and play harder and more aggressive!
