I have yet to look at the pairing for the sweet 16, but what would each team have to do to make it to a rematch at Rupp (besides winning their Region)

If they both make it to the second round of the sweet 16, then there would be a rematch. i would say though if Valley and Elliot play again, Elliot would come out on top.
