I saw that last part of Slama's post too and completely agree as well Stardust. There is a sportmanship code that coaches and players alike need to know. I don't think that scores are run up intentionally but last string players need to be put in when games are going that way. Let the players that never get off the bench get some experience in these games, how else will you know what they are capable of? Such a great learning experience for young players. I have saw one instance where a team scored no points and the other team let them take some wide open shots, they shot foul shots, had fast breaks, everything, and just could not get them to drop.
