He left Breathitt, sat out one year while attending Jackson City, then enrolls at Perry. After sitting out the required one year, a change of residence by his parents wasn't necessary for his eligibility at Perry. I don't know exactly how the KHSAA will rule on him at this point. His residence status is in Breathitt but his eligilibity status is at Perry. And there probably won't be a change of residence factor involved in the KHSAA's decision, since a change in that area is not being made, only schools.
