Aleksandar Nikolic had 17 points, 11 rebounds and four blocked shots as the Crimsons defeated the Centurions.
Derek Woodmore added 11 points, and Miles Mitchell had 10 for Manual (9-7), which shot 24 for 43 (55.8 percent). The Crimsons led 36-22 at halftime and saw the lead cut to four points in the fourth quarter.
Manual senior Jacob Jenkins, the No. 2 player statewide in The Courier-Journal's preseason coaches' poll, missed the game with a foot injury.
Tim Henderson was 9 for 17 and led the Centurions (9-7) with 27 points.
