The facts are go to any one person for any one team if they have been around 15th region basketball for a while and they will tell you Phelps has the biggest home court advatage than anyone else in the 15th region when it comes to officiating. IDK why that is but its true.
I'm sure that if Phelps beats PCC at PCC this year there will be another story to why they lost.
IMO Phelps will take this one by about the same margin of points as the last game...13 i think?
