The board does not have a policy that prohibits a principal from coaching but they ask that they not do both, I think some of you need to re examine what you are talking about. Coach Hall is a very good teacher and does a good job with his assistants to try to teach the kids, the biggest problem I see is that maybe he needs to not reward the kids that give him attitude like the ones who have left this season and they both needed to be let go and more may need to but it is not the Coach it is a problem that goes deeper into the feeder systems but they now have a solid Coach at the MS and they do need to address the elem teams that is where it needs to start. Good luck the rest of the season everybody needs to support the boys and the coaches and see if that helps. we all need to give the Coach a chance.

Why do people keep wanting to give coaches 4 or 5 years to get it together" These players don't have that long they need a coach now. After the game is about the players, I f coaches loved the game like the kids do, they would coach for free. How many do you know that will do that?
