The Johnson County Middle School wrestlers participated in the Danville Wrestling Tournament on December 27th with very good results. This tournament was for individual awards and no team awards were given. Johnson County won six first place awards by Geordan Blanton, Josh Conley, Josh Jude, Nike Sites, Jayce Carr and Matt Hall. They also won seven second place finishes by Joe Slone, Brad Auxier, Alex Castle, T.J. Bowen, Zach Gwinn, Sam Preston and Rusty Baldridge. Also receiving third place awards were Austin Greene, Austin Martin and Matt Dodge.
