Rose Hill
Russell
East Carter
Ironton before anyone starts screaming they are not in the conference they were in it last year and won this sides OVC tournament.
Ashland
Boyd
Rowan


The other has

West Carter
Raceland
Fairview
Elliott
Lewis
Mckell
Wurtland


Yes, I believe those are how there setup. 8th grade, Ironton is easily the best. The other division 8th is Wurtland and probably Raceland. 7th grade is Rose Hill and Rowan Co. Other division 7th is Lewis and Elliott. These are your better teams in 7th/8th and each division. Russell and West Carter 8th grade teams each have players playing up on freshman,JV, and Varsity teams, not playing MS.
