What about at the bottom you add:

Others Recieving Votes: Team A, Team B, Team C.....etc.

Teams Enteringing the Poll: Team A, Team B....etc.

Teams Exiting the Poll: Team A, Team B....etc.

Also maybe next to their number position put previous week rankings.
