I have judged in surrounding regions, and other than powerfouse teams like Perry Central, East Carter, Greenup, and GRC, the squads just are not the same caliber. I don't think our region has any teams that are horrible...other regions definitely have some struggling teams. Props to the 15th region! :rockon:
