There very well may be a actual court case. But the sources I used are just as valid as the one you used in THIS thread. Yes, I posted sources of pure opinion as did you by using a socially conservative site like WDN. I would also like to see where you got your information that a "Certificate of Live Birth" is different than a "Birth Certificate" in Hawaii. I have looked and the information I see say's they are the same. I may be wrong that's why I asked to see it.

A Certification of Live Birth is not a legal document and is explained on this State of Hawaii Department of Hawaiian Home Lands website.
