Louisville, Lexington, Bowling Green, Covington/Newport, and Owensboro are the only cities that are large enough to accommodate everyone.

BTW, Bowling Green was the only city that offered to host the state championships in the future.

Like AP said, WKU's stadium is just big enough to hold everyone comfortably and the atmosphere will be much better than at Papa John's.

I agree with the atmosphere being better. While Papa John Cardinal Stadium is very nice, it is too large for the crowds that the title games bring. The games at WKU should be more fun to watch and the crowd will be much louder because they are all together.
