I've been sitting back reading these messages for days, months, years, but never have got involved. It's funny how you can read peoples messages thru out the years and they are always negative and the others for the most part are always positive. Negativity seems to follow some of these people on here which is like a cancer and seems to spread thru out the page. I like what the one guy said when he said it's about the kids and they do get on here and read these messages all the time and when somebody says, "We are not talking about the kids, we are talking about the coaches and AD". Well my friend a football player and his coaches are one and when your bashing one you are doing it to the team. A great man and coach I new once named Hoover Niece tault his players and coaching staff and water boy that they were one. Listen, sometimes we don't like coaches or we don't like how they coach, but for the kids sake and for the unity of the team (coaches, players) let's lift them up and when the season is over you go apply for his coaching job or try to get somebody else to do it. Kids come first, period. They read these messages and loose faith in their coaches and think the whole season is a waste and they haven't accomplished nothing because people on here say they have been playing the school of the blind, and when they do come up against good competition later in the season, they might believe what you have posted on here about their team. I've played football half of my life and been around it my whole life and know just a little about it, but my focus is on supporting these kids. I ask all of you to go out and support whoever your team is and lift these kids up, talk to your friends about the coaches you don't like and how you think they stink, but don't do it in front of kids, especially one that's on that team. Good luck to the Engineers this season and most of all to you players, have faith in your ability and your coaches, but most of all, PLAY YOUR GUTS OUT EVERY FRIDAY NIGHT, LEAVE EVERYTHING OUT ON THE FEILD AND YOU WILL NEVER HAVE ANY REGRETS.
