Here is the bottom line! If Holcomb said they have had the best talent in the last ten years then he was trying to keep the peace or something with someone. To get to the playoffs you have to play your district. So by your thoughts we have a weak district. If you don't think we have a good coaching staff thats fine. As a parent I know that the majority of people are happy with the staff. I don't think that Coach Jones is too worried about his win totals because if so then he would not be at Estill. He is from here and has pride in the past present and future. This is the best chance that Estill has and has had of competing deep into the playoffs.

You know Holcomb? Doubt it. He would not BS, especially with one of his best friends. The district is extremely weak except for Breathitt and Estill, prove me wrong and I will accept it (Fleming has won 1 game beating Lewis, Powell has beat Jackson, Lewis, Betsy Layne, Fleming, and Morgan, look at their records, not exactly Juggarnauts). I did not say anything about the coaching staff, you too can get the chip of the shoulder. They have a good staff. I said and let me say it again, the shedule (out of district) is weak, weak, weak! Name one team other than Berea who has won more than 3 games. So as for the playoffs: the other district is not very strong we will be playing in, I look for a Breathitt vs Estill rematch in the regional game to see who gets to play Belfry, Sheldon Clark, Russell, Mason, or whoever. You are right this the second great chance to get deep into the playoffs, don't forget the 03 team. They beat a couple quality non district opponents also. Who would cry about playing in the semi's or the state?
