No one said this game would be a walk in the park for Estill. I watched Harlan play Powell county and they won that game by 11. Them 11 points came off of two safteys.(A bad snap in which the punter had to kick the ball out of bounds in the endzone and the other off a blocked punt in the endzone.) The other 7 came off a punt return at the end of the second half. Overall Powell county played with Harlan county and Estill beat Powell by 30. From what i have seen from both teams, Estill is the better team. Sorry to break it to you and with a 5a team playing a 3a schedule, they should be beating up on teams pretty badly but im yet to see it!

So let me get this right, we are winning games, but because we aren't "beating up" on teams like oh maybe Phelps or Pineville, then we aren't meeting your standards as a district contender? We can talk about next year when the season is over and the schedule we will be playing next year. In reference to this year you said we weren't where we needed to be as a team. What should the Black Bear's be doing that would meet your standards, this year, as to "where we should be"?
