Changes this week have been...
- Raceland leapfrogs Corbin for the #5 ranking.
- Ashland jumps up a few more spots in the top 10.
- Russell falls from 7 to 8.
- Sheldon Clark drops a spot because of Ashland's recent success.
- Breathitt County gets back into the top 10.
- Rockcastle County falls from 10 to 18th.
- Knox Central moves from 17th up to 13th.
- Mason County moves up a few spots.
- Estill County moves up a spot.
