Well Amazingfan...the fact of the matter is JC cant win...if they do then everyone expects it and if they lose then it just shows how bad they are. I feel the same way you do. Its a cross town rivalry and JC has the jump they have the better team and the better coach. Its simple.

JC- whatever coach Matney wants
Paintsville- whatever coach Matney wants

To say they have the better coach is going a bit too far. Kinner is a great coach for Paintsville and I think he will surprise some people at this game. Everyone's complaining when people say JC should be better because of the size of the school and saying it's a bunch of crap because there are only 11 boys on the field but I think they are forgetting about depth. The tigers have the talent but at a 1A school you won't have the depth because your numbers aren't going to be as high as they would be at a 5A school. Should JC when? I think everyone knows that answer. Can Paintsville win? YES!! Don't overlook the tigers this year. Not only is football a game about talent but its a game that is played with a lot of HEART and Paintsville has that this year more than past years. I think it will be a good game to watch but I know for most Tiger fans, we care more about the Pikeville game this year than the apple bowl because it actually means something to our season.
