Think about it, if they want to produce less gas and they can say shortage and bring up the price of fuel. If they produce more Go-Go Juice demand will rise and they will still get alot of money. Either way they get more money then they should and we have less in our pockets to spend on other things. IT IS RIDICULOUS!
