There is another dude.. Either that or she isn't worth the time.. Trust me on this one.. I know all about excuses lol.. So the best thing for you to do (if you still talk to her) is wait for her to ask you to do something. When she does sound interested then right before you go out or whatever tell her, you don't feel like doing anything.. but she can come to your place if she wants to.. it will probably piss her off. but in the long run, it'll be better than waiting around on a girl that can't keep a date set. I hate those type..
