Students do have a choice about where they go to school, though usually they are required to go in district, unless attending a private school, or in a county that has some sort of magnet school program. I don't think your reasons hold any kind of water as pertaining to competitive fairness.

Ok, and if the students can go where they want, whats the arguement? And yes, again with the get over it. If you can't handle the fact that your wrong, don't even reply. And my reasons make alot more sense than yours my friend. I'm not trying to act big in front of everynody on here like you do.
