The Guru Wrote:What pithed me off was watching the Mom's and Dad's last night after waiting their son's entire lives to see them finally win the Region, and have to wait behind the barriers while photos were taken and the media and faculty and sucks from the expo got to hug and congradulate the team. Tears flowing from their eyes and their hearts just being ripped out because they couldn't even get one single hug and pat from their boys!
In '96 after Paintsville won State, they at least let the familys on the floor at Rupp!
The Expo hosting the Regions IMO is like Drive-thru liquor stores....Almost a good idea!
This is a silly rule. But the players should have done what our girls did. They hopped the barrier & jumped in their parents arms and cried.
Sometimes rules r meant 2 be broken!!!!:ChairHit:
