One states that the numbers are low unless it was in a smaller weight division, which it was later pointed out that it was.

The other states that this competition does not require a drug test which makes it the best meet for most schools since it won't require a drug test which is very costly for a high school program. The same post also stated that those were good numbers for those weight classes.

I don't see either of those as being derogatory.

It was implied. Maybe not intentionally but it did raise the question.
