depends on the length of the race. in a short one KnightCrawler would cause he coul;d teleprt to the finish line, but his powers are limited.
if the race was much longer the Flash would win cause KnightCrawler wouldnt be able top teleport to the end. and by the time he has to reappear and then teleport again he would be passed by the Flash.
