Breathitt should be the usual one to beat in the dist. and Harlan ought to be pretty good and let's not forget about Fleming, they just had an off year last year. Look for Peterson and crew to have the Panters back in the mix next year. Powell ought to be much better also. This district is shaping up to be a pretty good one for next year.
