INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Indiana coach Kelvin Sampson and his staffviolated telephone recruiting restrictions imposed because of hisprevious violations at Oklahoma, then lied about it to the schooland NCAA investigators, according to an NCAA report releasedWednesday.
