The Two Teams From Each Dist Are In Different Brackets(top Or Bottom). They Can Only Play Each Other In The Finals Of The Reg. Tourney.the Regular Season District Champ Should Be A Automatic Bid To Region. The Other Would Be Dist Tourney Champ. If The Same One Is Reg And Tourney Champ Then Tourney No.2 Goes To Regional. This Makes The Regular Season Count For Something.
