The way it is now, there are 16 teams in this region. Each team play all the other teams on a home one season, away next season rotation. The regions would be based on how the region records was. Have the pairings set where the teams with the 4 best regional records if they won all the way threw would meet up in the final 4. If teams want to schedule weaker teams away from the region they would still be allowed to do so. It wouldnt help their regional chances at all that way. If teams like Valley and Pikeville want more than one game for the gate money, they still could play more than one game. Either the first or the second meeting of the two teams will be for seating purposes. That is the way it is now basically. If it is a two way tie, whoever wins the second game between the two teams is the number one seed. The 4 teams with the best records hosts the first round, then play the rest of the tourney in the Expo.
