The Wall Street Journal poll has Congress's approval rating at 18%. Is the President's approval rating twice that? Maybe, maybe not. I'll let you win the argument - the President was voted the most admired man in America for the sixth straight year, and his approval ratings, while possibly not twice as high as Democrat-controlled Congress's, are still much higher.
