I totally agree with this statement. You look at teams like UNC who bring in top notch recruits and they only stay a season, maybe two and it does disrupt the cohesiveness of the team. Then you look at a school like Butler who has had the same guys for 3 or 4 years now who have gelled over these past few seasons and their chemistry is great, look at them now they are 12-1 and a top 25 team.
