HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (AP) - Tirrell Baines scored a career high 19
points and Marshall never trailed in today's 76-60 victory over the
University of San Diego.
Baines' 19 points came on 6-for-8 shooting and he grabbed six
rebounds for a share of a team high with Markel Humphrey. Matt
Walls added 12 points for Marshall after a 1-for-9 performance
against Lipscomb on Saturday, and Mark Dorris scored 10 points.
Coming off a big 81-72 win against Kentucky just two days
before, San Diego came out flat and never took the lead.
