Lexington Catholic 82, Paintsville 64

diamondthehacker Wrote:Well, I didn't listen or watch this game. Paintsville has some talent and has had basically the same group for the past 4 or 5 years. It's not like the 15th region has had the best talent or the strongest region throughout the state. Maybe everyone has expected too much from this group of young men or maybe it's time for these young men to get together and give Paintsville and Coach Runyon another trip to the sweet sixteen.....Who knows???
I guess time will tell....If this group of Tigers doesn't make it to Rupp, then this team could go down has a disappointment, considering the strength of the 15th region teams in the past few years. I just think that this team could have made it to the state tournament before this year.
What do you all think?

I agree..when these boys were freshman people were talking about a possible state championship this year...if they dont get to the region championship then I think they'll definetly be one of the biggest disappointments in Paintsville Basketball history...I wouldn't call them a disappointment if the don't make it to the sweet sixteen because look at who they'll have to go through to get there...Valley.
